Chef de Partie (Cook)
Location: Wymondham, Norfolk
Salary: £23,773-£24,114 per annum (Pro Rata) including an allowance for holiday pay, shifts and weekends, £24,404 per annum (FTE)
Job Type: Permanent 37.5 hours per week, term-time only, working shifts between 06:30-20:00 including weekends

The Role
* The production and service of meals and refreshments throughout the school day
* Catering for all school functions and courses held during the school term and non-term time
* Monitor stock control, rotation and records
* Assists in the preparation of college meals
* Ensures staff and kitchen hygiene requirements are met
* Ensures Health and Safety at work requirements are met
* Participate in the College programme of Performance Management and Continuing Professional Development
* Undertake other duties and responsibilities as the line manager may reasonably require
