Job Title: Senior Structural Technician

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum

Location: Kent, TN1

Are you an expereinced Structural Technician? Alexander Associates are currently working with a growing engineering consultancy that are looking to grow their Kent office with a Senior Structural Technician who comes from a building structures background. Our client has a solid reputation for delivering complex projects across all main structural disciplines.

A growing pipeline of work heading into 2025 has created a necessity for them to bolster their BIM team with a Senior Structural Technician that shares their passion for engineering excellence.

The Senior Structural Technician will be part of a highly skilled team of Engineers and Technicians delivering mission critical projects across the business. You will have autonomy to drive projects your way with full support from the company and senior colleagues.

Responsibilities/experiences as a Senior Structural Technician:

Managing project delivery and coordinating internal resource
Producing accurate 2D drawings and 3D Models
Familiar working with common construction materials such as concrete, steel, timber and masonry
Working to British Standards and Eurocodes
Providing support and mentorship to more junior Technicians
Skills & Qualifications:

Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
Knowledge of Dynamo, Rhino or Grasshopper would be ideal but is not essential
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Applications must be eligible to work in the UK.
