Electrical Engineer

£45,000 - £50,000 + Car allowance + 5 weeks holiday + Pension

Redditch, Worcester

Are you an Electrical Engineer from a HV background looking to join a company who have highly ambitious growth plans where you can progress with the company, drive revenue and step into a more senior leadership role?

This is a great opportunity to join an ambitious start-up that has a long & sustainable pipeline of contracts. They provide a full spectrum of services to keep high & low voltage systems running smoothly, with tailored solutions for commercial, industrial and residential sites.

Accredited on the NERS scheme and NICEIC, they specialise in utility connections, cable joining, substation works, DNO services and renewable energy projects.

In this newly created role, you will work closely with the Operations Director, largely from the company head office, but with UK wide projects there will be travel requirements and remote working opportunities.

The Role:

Assistance with named contracts and ensure delivery is in accordance with the contract conditions, customers' requirements and Company Directors.
Assist with projects to ensure they are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding budget
Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.
Assistance in evaluating progress and preparing detailed reports.The Person:
