We are looking for an experienced Site Agent to join a major Highways Public Realm scheme in Cambridgeshire. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on a significant project with a minimum duration of one year. The role is outside IR35 and provides a competitive day rate.

Key Responsibilities:
·Oversee and manage site operations on a Highways Public Realm project, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
·Plan and coordinate site activities to meet project deadlines and budget requirements.
·Supervise and manage site teams, including subcontractors, ensuring effective communication and delivery.
·Ensure all works are carried out in line with contractual requirements and specifications.
·Manage temporary works and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
·Contribute to the successful delivery of bridge structures and associated works (if applicable).

Essential Criteria:
·Proven Highways or UK Tier 1 contractor experience.
·Strong knowledge of construction methods and standards in public realm projects.
·Excellent site management and leadership skills.
·Experience in bridges is highly desirable but not essential.
·Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
