Are you an experienced HR professional ready to lead and inspire? A family-run business is seeking a Group HR Manager (Part Time Maternity Cover), 3 days per week basis to join their team. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to shape HR strategies, support the workforce, and drive organisational success.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and develop the HR team, providing coaching and ensuring training is up to date.
Act as a trusted advisor to managers and stakeholders on employee relations and HR best practices.
Lead learning and development initiatives to enhance staff capability and succession planning.
Ensure compliance by updating policies, contracts, and handbooks in line with legislation.
Oversee HR databases, payroll coordination, pension schemes, and GDPR compliance.
Manage recruitment efforts and foster staff well-being through regular meetings and venue visits.
Collaborate with external partners, such as recruitment agencies, lawyers, and union representatives.
Provide regular reporting to the Board of Directors and contribute to strategic discussions.Ideal Candidate Profile:

CIPD and /or equivalent HR Manager experience at a similar level
A proactive self-starter with excellent initiative and stakeholder communication.
Technologically savvy and adaptable to dynamic environments.
Approachable, organised, and detail-oriented, with a friendly and consistent demeanour.
