What You Will Do:

Carry out preventative maintenance and repair on packhouse machinery, ensuring operational efficiency.
Maintain the general upkeep of the building and site, completing tasks in a timely manner.
Identify areas for improvement within production processes and equipment operation for enhanced reliability and reduced resource usage.
Assist with timely completion of projects and upgrade works, supporting the engineering team.
Supervise contractors on site, ensuring adherence to company procedures and safety standards.
Perform Health & Safety risk assessments, contributing to a safe and compliant working environment.
What You Will Bring:

Relevant qualifications and at least 2 years of experience in both property maintenance and production engineering fields.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proficiency in IT.
A strong understanding of Health & Safety and Fire Procedure Regulations.
A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
An eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of work.
