£14.50per hour                                          
 
Monday to Friday, Rotating Shifts - 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM & 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
 
We have an exciting opportunity to join a local based company on the outskirts of Thetford. They are seeking a reliable and hardworking Despatch Operative to join a busy production team. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient packing and palletising of goods at the end of the production line, ready for despatch.
 
Main Duties Include:

Efficiently packing products from the production line following company guidelines
Safely palletising goods in preparation for storage or transportation
Inspecting goods to ensure they meet quality standards before despatch
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Working collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth operations  
Requirements

Previous experience in a similar despatch, warehouse, or production environment is advantageous but not essential
Flexibility to work rotating shifts as required  
Due to the location of the role, a drivers licence and access to your own transport is essential.
