Description

We are working with a well-established and successful business in the higher-education sector, looking to recruit a Maintenance Administrator to join their team.
Reporting to the Head of Maintenance, you will be working in a small team to provide administrative support and assist with organising reactive and planned maintenance.

- Maintain all health & safety, risk assessment and COSH records
- Organise H&S training for departments
- Organise contractors to service the buildings
- Maintain a schedule for electrical testing, and inspections to ensure recorded accurately
- Place orders for suppliers in line with requests and budgets
- Correlate orders with invoices and purchase orders
- Organise meetings with contractors to schedule work
- Assist with logistics of projects, advising staff of closures or disruptions
- Act as the central point for any maintenance queries

Experience required:
- 2 years minimum administration
- Knowledge of compliance and legislation in a maintenance capacity
- Knowledge of H&S documentation and certifications

Additional information:
- 7:30 start - working 36.25 hours per week Monday to Friday
- £31,000 - £33,000 salary range depending on experience
