Employment Solicitor or Legal Executive

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven, newly qualified Solicitor to join a highly regarded Employment Law team based in Shropshire. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a supportive and dynamic legal environment.

The Employment team is highly regarded and specialises in all areas of employment law. Known for delivering high-quality, bespoke legal solutions, providing a partner-led service to a diverse client base.

About the Role

Experience: Up to 3 years PQE in employment law.

Responsibilities:
Managing a mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious matters.
Representing both claimants and respondents.
Delivering excellent client care and meeting deadlines effectively.
Participating in marketing and business development activities, including networking events.

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
Ability to manage multiple cases and demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
Commercial awareness and a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
Enthusiasm for personal and professional development within a collaborative team
