Mechanical Contractor Based in Kent who have been operating since 2014 and turnover £2.5mil.

Across the business, they employ over 30 staff and their projects are based across Central London and Kent.

Project Values range from £30k - £1mil.

They specialise within the Commercial, Care Homes, Airports and more.

They are seeking a Mechanical Estimator to join the team.

THE JOB – MECHANICAL ESTIMATOR

Monday – Friday – 07.30 – 04.30

Duties:

Analyse project specifications and blueprints to prepare accurate cost estimates
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimating
Research and source materials, equipment, and labour costs
Create detailed cost breakdowns and estimates for labour, materials, and other project expenses
Review and compare supplier and subcontractor bids to ensure competitiveness and quality
Prepare comprehensive proposals and bid packages for submission to clients
Maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, and project documentation
