Description

I am recruiting for a Finishing Manager, for a residential project near Ringwood.

The ideal candidate wil have

* All tickets in date (CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid)

* Previous experience working on volume, residential projects

* Trade background

* A can do attitude, not afraid to get stuck in when required

You will be expected to;

* Oversee all internal subcontractor operations, ensuring smooth progress and quality outcomes.

* Conduct weekly progress meetings and provide detailed reports to superiors.

* Manage onsite logistics to ensure efficient resource allocation and workflow.

* Ensure health and safety compliance across the site, adhering to regulations and best practices.

* Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to meet project standards.
