Position: KS1 Teacher
Location: Blackburn, Lancashire
Salary: Competitive (Dependent on Experience)
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 1 (KS1) Teacher to join our supportive and dynamic team at a thriving primary school in Blackburn. If you are an innovative educator with a love for teaching and a commitment to nurturing young minds, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that engage and inspire children in Key Stage 1.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that meets the diverse needs of all students.
Assess and track pupils' progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver the curriculum and support the wider school community.
Support children's social, emotional, and academic growth in a nurturing environment.
Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding pupil progress and well-being.Key Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably within Key Stage 1.
Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A passion for working with young children and helping them succeed.
