Join a growing automotive repair business committed to excellence, integrity, and innovation. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Vehicle Paint Technician to join our dynamic team at our Braintree location.



Role Overview:

As a Paint Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring vehicles are restored to their original condition with precision and attention to detail. You will be responsible for prepping, painting, and finishing vehicles to a high standard, delivering outstanding results for our customers.



Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare vehicles for painting by masking, sanding, and priming surfaces.

* Mix and match paint colors to achieve the desired finish.

* Apply paint using advanced techniques and equipment.

* Ensure all work meets quality standards and adheres to health and safety guidelines.

* Collaborate with the team to maintain efficient workflow and deliver on time.



What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience as a Paint Technician in the automotive industry.

* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional work.

* Strong knowledge of paint mixing, application techniques, and tools.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

* NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Refinishing (or equivalent) is desirable but not essential.
