Senior Structural Engineer

£90,000 - £100,000 +Company Bonus + Flexible Working Hours + Private Healthcare

On offer is the opportunity to join a leading risk-engineering consultancy, specializing in Extreme Loads and Blast Engineering. With a diverse portfolio of projects across the UK and globally, including football stadiums, major event arenas, railway stations, and defence buildings, they are known for their innovative approach to designing safety solutions for extreme load events.

The day-to-day responsibilities include defining project requirements in collaboration with clients, leading the development of protective design strategies, and overseeing the completion of structural calculations. You'll also manage multiple projects to ensure high-quality deliverables, mentor a talented team, and contribute to strategic business decisions, all while working on projects that set the standard for safety and innovation.

This role would suit a Senior Structural Engineer or similar looking to further their career with a market-leading consultancy who offer great bonus structures, private healthcare and hybrid working and the opportunity to manage a team and contribute to pioneering projects in the industry.

The Role:

Define project requirements and present solutions to clients.
Develop protective design strategies and ensure project compliance.
Lead and mentor engineers, managing project delivery.
Conduct structural calculations and vehicle dynamics assessments.The Person:

Structural Engineer or experience
Chartered Engineer (MICE or MISTructE) or equivalent experience
Willing to be SC Cleared
