Join a leading Solar and Storage IPP in Berlin as a Construction Project Manager. You’ll be responsible for managing the planning and execution of solar PV projects, ensuring compliance with local and national standards.

Key responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance during construction.
Manage relationships with local grid operators and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will:

Have 5+ years of solar construction management experience.
Understand EPC processes and grid connection requirements in Germany.
Demonstrate excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Be fluent in German and English and comfortable with travel.
