Project Development Manager – Renewable Energy
Location: Milan, Italy

We are seeking a Project Development Manager to join a dynamic renewable energy company in Milan. You’ll lead utility-scale solar PV projects from origination to RTB, collaborating with an experienced team of professionals.

Key responsibilities:

Identify and acquire land for solar PV development.
Oversee project development processes, ensuring regulatory and technical compliance.
Build strong relationships with local authorities, public bodies, and stakeholders.
Collaborate with consultants and contractors to deliver RTB projects.
Prepare investment memos and reports to support strategic decisions. 

The ideal candidate will:

Be fluent in Italian and English, with exceptional communication skills.
Have 3–5 years of experience in utility-scale renewable energy projects.
Hold a degree in engineering, economics, or a related field (MSc is a plus).
Excel under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and budgets.
