Job Title: Site Foreman
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Site Foreman to oversee site activities and assist the Site Supervisor in ensuring all operations meet health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. The role includes coordinating materials and ensuring compliance with MES and National Grid policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
·Supervise and manage daily site activities to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
·Support the Site Supervisor in maintaining compliance with programme schedules, quality standards, and documentation procedures.
·Coordinate materials in line with MES and National Grid's policies and procedures.
·Monitor and ensure adherence to site procedures and standards across all activities.
·Proactively identify and address any issues to maintain project progress and compliance.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
·SSSTS Site Supervisor Qualification (required).
·National Grid Competent Person authorization (required).
·Minimum of CSCS/CPCS certification.
·Completed 2-day HSG 47 training.
·3-day First Aid certification.
·Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate and motivate site teams.
·Experience in maintaining high safety and quality standards in a construction or engineering environment.
