Key Responsibilities of the Operations Director:

As Operations Director, you will oversee and optimise national operations for a leading mechanical equipment provider. Responsibilities include:

Developing and delivering operational strategies to drive growth and efficiency.
The Operations Manager role is based in Gloucestershire however, it may involve national travel on occasion.
Managing supply chain, logistics, parts, aftersales and service teams to ensure outstanding performance.
Identifying revenue growth opportunities through innovative service solutions.
Leading and mentoring a high-performing team to achieve KPIs and operational goals.
Building strong relationships with key customers and suppliers to maintain service excellence.
