Bennett & Game are currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a Contractor based in Grantham. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working on Residential, Commercial and Groundworks projects across the region. This particular client operates as both a Main & Sub-contractor and combined, they turnover circa £30m annually. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established and expanding contractor that operate across multiple project sectors providing excellent development opportunities and industry exposure.

It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have prior experience with a Main Contractor, Developer or Groundworks business.

Senior Quantity Surveyor Salary & Benefits

Salary: £55k - £75k DOE
Car allowance
25 days holiday plus BH
Pension scheme
Hybrid / Flexible working can be discussed

Senior Quantity Surveyor Job Overview

Working for a £30M T/O contractor based in Grantham
Operating among a small team of Surveyors
Working on Residential, Commercial and Groundworks projects across the region
Responsible for a full array of Quantity Surveying duties
Office based with site visits
Reporting to the Commercial Director

Senior Quantity Surveyor Job Requirements

Prior experience as a QS with a Main Contractor, Developer or Groundworks business
Open to QS candidates looking for a step-up
Relevant qualification or qualified via experience
Full driving licence
Good tenure
