As part of the Activation team, the Senior Campaign Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operational excellence and strategic growth of client paid social and programmatic accounts.

The Role:

Manage strategic planning, forecasting, and brief responses across Paid Social and Programmatic channels, with clear rationale for media choices.
Build and maintain senior client relationships, providing strategic advice and educational support on digital marketing.
Develop long-term digital plans and quarterly reviews to drive account growth and identify additional revenue opportunities.
Foster strong relationships with media partners and vendors to maximise service and opportunities for clients.
Line manage and mentor team members, promoting professional growth and supporting wider company initiatives.The Candidate:

3+ years of hands-on experience in programmatic, display, video, social, or digital planning.
Passionate about digital media, advertising, and technology with a strong analytical mindset.
Excellent people and communication skills with a collaborative team-oriented approach.
