Are you an experienced Pre-School Assistant looking to make a positive impact in a welcoming Ofsted-rated "Good" Primary School in Cheltenham? This role offers the perfect balance of part-time hours, working closely with Early Years (EYFS) pupils, and the potential for ongoing opportunities beyond January. Join a dedicated team where your Level 3 Early Years Qualification and passion for working with children will truly shine.

The hours would be Tues: 8.45-1pm, Weds: 8.45 - 12.15pm, Thurs: (phone number removed)pm and Fri: (phone number removed)pm.

As a Pre-School Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

Supporting Early Years (EYFS) pupils in their learning and development.

Collaborating with teachers and TAs to deliver engaging activities.

Assisting with classroom setup and resource management.

Providing care and supervision during classroom and outdoor activities.

Maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for all pupils.

Ensuring compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Experience:

A Level 3 Early Years Qualification.

Proven experience in Early Years (EYFS) within a UK Primary School setting.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Familiarity with safeguarding and Prevent Duty requirements.

The ability to build positive relationships with children and colleagues.

Working as a Pre-School Assistant for Flourish Education also offers you other excellent benefits, including:

£85.02 - £98.41 a day

, which equates to

£16,578.90 to £19,189.95 per annum

, based on working 5 days a week for a full school year.

The option of PAYE or Umbrella.

Holiday Pay - for PAYE candidates, 12.07% of your day rate is accrued into your holiday pot.
