Sales Manager / National Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager will focus on new customers for our existing range of products within the condition monitoring, and  Lube Oil analysis markets across the UK 

Are you an experienced professional seeking a role within sales. The company we are working with is expanding, and seeking a UK  Sales Manager to join our Andover office. In this role ,you will drive growth in condition monitoring, and  Lube Oil analysis markets across the UK.

Duties and responsibilities of the Sales Manager / National Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager:

•         Identify  new business opportunities, while maintaining current  client relationships, leveraging a CRM database for effective management     

•         Set, and accomplish sales targets within the designated territory, overseeing the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to closure.     

•         Work closely with the Group Sales & Marketing Director and sales colleagues to develop and sales strategy     

•         Ensure seamless coordination of all sales activities within the territory, driving alignment towards overarching business objectives     

•         Deliver regular,reports on sales activities and diligently follow up on generated leads to maximize conversion rates and revenue growth.    

Qualifications and requirement for the Sales Manager / National Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager:

•         A sales-oriented, with a relentless drive to achieve targets through various avenues including cold calling, client meetings, and business pitches.  

•         Able to travel within the assigned territory, occasionally extending internationally, to build client relationships and seize new opportunities.    

•         Ability to commute to our Andover office       

•         Strong team player mentality, capable of collaborating seamlessly with colleagues to drive collective success.
