Overview:

Supply Desk is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Business Teacher to join a dynamic secondary school in Hemel Hempstead. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire students and foster a deep understanding of the business world, from entrepreneurship and economics to marketing and global trade. You’ll create an interactive classroom environment that challenges students to think critically, solve real-world problems, and apply business concepts to everyday life. About the role:

Engage students in interactive lessons, encouraging them to explore key business concepts and global market trends.
Foster critical thinking, creativity, and entrepreneurship by providing real-world business scenarios for students to analyse and solve.
Help students build essential skills in business management, marketing, finance, and economics.
Create a stimulating learning environment that motivates students to pursue further education or careers in business.
Encourage students to apply their business knowledge to real-life situations, preparing them for future success in business or other fields.
The ideal candidate must:

Have the right to work within the UK
Have experience working within a classroom
DBS registered on the update system or willing to purchase one
Be comfortable and adaptable working in different environments
Good subject knowledge of Business curriculum
Have strong classroom management skills.
A QTS or PGCE or overseas trained teacher to UK equivalent
Marking and planning are compulsory with this role
