We are working with a market leading and privately owned House Builder and Developer that has been established for over 50 years.

The business typically works on schemes between 200 & 500 units and operates across London and the Southeast.

These are predominantly RC Frame flats, but they also deliver housing schemes. With over 250 members of staff, this is a successful business that has a strong core team of Directors and a successful track record.

Role: Technical Manager – North London

Our client is currently seeking to recruit a Technical Manager.

As the Technical Manager, you will be responsible for managing a 300 + unit new build residential scheme in North London. The project has recently gone to site.

The position will be a mixture of office & site working.

Duties include but aren't limited to:

* Effective daily management of the design team to ensure the delivery of fully coordinated construction packages on time and within budget

* Ensure Building Control and warranty conditions are managed throughout the construction period and discharged proactively, in advance of completions

* Manage subcontractor design coordination, reviews, workshops and approvals in line with programme requirements, ensuring information is diligently tracked

* Production of Technical Project Review Meeting packs to be presented at monthly meeting with representation from each department

* Ensure that information is supplied to the Planning department in line with submission requirements to facilitate the discharge of planning conditions
