Job Title: Vehicle Technician

Sub Title: Vehicle Technician - Main Dealer - Manufacturer Training to Master Technician Level
It is essential for you to have the following skills to be able to apply:

NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
Experience working in a main dealer environment
3 years of experience as a Vehicle TechnicianLocation: Stratford-upon-Avon

Package:

£28,000 - £40,000 Basic
£4,000 - £10,000 in bonus
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
1 in 4 Saturdays 8:30am - 12:30pm
Manufacturer training to Master Technician level

Our client, a reputable main dealership in Stratford-upon-Avon, is seeking an experienced and motivated Vehicle Technician to join their team. This position offers extensive manufacturer training up to Master Technician level, allowing you to grow your career in a highly supportive environment.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and servicing to ensure vehicles are in top condition.
Repairs and Diagnostics: Use the latest diagnostic tools to accurately identify and repair vehicle faults.
Quality Control: Ensure that all repairs and servicing meet the high-quality standards of the dealership.
Vehicle Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues early on.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by clearly communicating findings and recommendations.
Documentation: Accurately record all work carried out, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Ongoing Training: Participate in continuous training and development through manufacturer-led courses.Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
Strong diagnostic and technical skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Full UK driving licence is essentialINDAM
