Plumber / Maintenance Engineer

Alecto Recruitment is working with our client who is an established and reputable facilities management business who have been established for 28 years.

Due to their continued growth, they are recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer / Plumber to cover Hampshire in a Mobile position.

Salary:

£38,000 - £42,000

The Role:

Trouble shoot and repair equipment issues with the least amount of disruption to the site
Carrying out scheduled preventative planned maintenance work
Minor decoration and refurbishment
Unblock sinks, toilets and drains
Repair leaks, fit new tap washers, repair ballcocks etc
Light plumbing installations required
Adjust doors, tighten hinges, change or fit locks

Requirements:

We are seeking a professional and experienced maintenance engineer
Ideally you will have experience working in commercial environments
Proven property / building maintenance experience in carpentry, plumbing, tiling and decoration works
Plumbing installation experience, bathroom fitting installation experience and general mult-trade experience would be beneficial
