Position: Field Engineer
Location: Redditch, UK
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum

About the Role:

We're seeking a proactive and experienced Field Engineer to provide top-notch support to our clients across Redditch and the surrounding areas. This role offers the perfect mix of technical challenges and client interaction, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment/systems.
Diagnosing and resolving technical issues on-site.
Providing training and support to clients as needed.
Ensuring all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards.
Accurate documentation of service reports and client interactions.What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a field engineering role.
Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively.
