Job Ad: Facilities Operative
Location: Desborough
Working Hours: Flexible

Morning Shift: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Afternoon Shift: 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM (Monday to Thursday)Contract: Temporary (Ongoing, expected until the end of January/February)
Pay Rate: £11.44 - £12.30 per hour

We are seeking a Facilities Operative to join our team in Desborough. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking for a role with flexible working hours and a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with general maintenance and facilities tasks.
Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the premises.
Conduct routine checks and report any issues promptly.
Provide support to other team members as needed.

Hands-on individuals with a knack for DIY.
Reliable and hardworking attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
Previous experience in a similar role or practical skills in maintenance, repairs, or DIY projects are a strong advantage.
