A Primary school based in East Peckham are currently searching for an enthusiastic Year 2 Teacher to join their team. There is a part-time and full time position available, both of which would begin January 2025.

The Primary school has a big sense of community and is committed to providing the best quality education for all their pupils. The School insists on the highest standards, inspiring every learner through high quality and stimulating contexts.

Key responsibilities as a Year 2 Teacher:

Implement diverse teaching techniques to create engaging and dynamic lessons.
Tailor teaching methods and materials to accommodate different learning abilities and styles.
Maintain records of student progress, attendance, and behaviour.
Remain calm and effective when addressing challenging behaviour.
Safeguard and promote the welfare of pupils
Work in accordance with the legal requirements and policies of the school.Requirements as a Year 2 Teacher:

Have QTS.
Strong knowledge of the key stage 2 curriculum.
Have previous experience working as an effective primary teacher.
An enhanced DBS certificate on the update service or be happy to apply.
Hold the Right to Work in the UK.
Be able to provide two references within the last 2 years.Benefits:
