Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Design Manager for a freelance, site-based role in Tewkesbury, working on an exciting £50 million retail outlet development. The project comprises over 18 individual build units, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-profile scheme.

Key Details:

Rate: Up to £450 per day
Start Date: Week commencing 13th January
Interviews: Available from the first week of the new year
Duration: 2-month contract, with potential for extension

Requirements:

Proven experience working with Tier 1 contractors
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage complex design coordination across multiple units
Availability to start and commit to the contract timeframe
