🚀 What You’ll Do:

* Develop and execute cutting-edge sustainability strategies that align with our goals.

* Lead and manage key environmental programmes across the business.

* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to embed sustainable practices in every aspect of our operations.

* Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and drive transparency in sustainability reporting.

* Stay ahead of trends and implement innovative solutions for continuous improvement.

🛠 About You:

* You’re a strategic thinker with a genuine passion for sustainability.

* You thrive in cross-functional teams and know how to inspire and lead change.

* You’ve got a proven track record in environmental management within manufacturing.

* You’re proactive, adaptable, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves to solve problems.

📚 Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related field.

* 5+ years in environmental & sustainability management (manufacturing sector preferred).

* Experience with regulations and sustainability certifications like IEMA or BREEAM.

* Bonus if you’re familiar with AS9100 and IATF16949 standards!
