New Resource Recruitment is proud to be recruiting on behalf of our client in Melksham for a Technical Development Project Manager. This exciting role supports the Head of Technical, focusing on the end-to-end management of technical development projects. From initial customer requests to final production, you will lead the planning, management, and execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

About the Role:
You will also be responsible for creating and managing technical documentation, such as project schedules, test plans, reports, and product descriptions. As a vital member of the Technical Development Team, you will bring product concepts to life, preparing them for market engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and own comprehensive technical documentation packs for all projects.
• Manage and deliver product development projects on time, aligned with customer requirements.
• Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, including suppliers and customers.
• Actively contribute to the product development process as part of the Technical Development Team.

Knowledge & Experience:
• Proven experience in a similar technical development role.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems.
• Industry-recognised qualification in a technical discipline (e.g., Electronics Engineering Degree).

Desirable:
• Project Management certification (e.g., PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent).
