* Experience: At least two years in a senior or team leader role in supported housing, with experience in safeguarding and person-centered support.

* Knowledge: A solid understanding of issues such as homelessness, mental health, substance misuse, and domestic abuse.

* Leadership: Proven ability to motivate and manage staff, maintain professional boundaries, and build collaborative relationships with external agencies.

* Flexibility: A resilient, proactive, and empathetic approach to challenges, with excellent time-management skills to handle a varied workload.

* Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant field is essential.

Why Join Us?

* A rewarding role where you’ll directly impact the lives of young people and new mothers.

* Career progression opportunities in a supportive and collaborative environment.

* Competitive salary and benefits, including 25 days of holiday (increasing to 30 after two years) and a 7% employer pension contribution.

* Opportunities to innovate and shape a service that supports vulnerable individuals to thrive and succeed.
