Job Opportunity: Experienced Solicitor - Commercial Property Team

We are excited to present an opportunity for an experienced Solicitor to join a thriving Commercial Property Team at a well-regarded law firm. If you have a strong background in commercial property transactions and are looking to take the next step in your career, we want to hear from you!

About the Role:

In this position, you will play a key role in advising clients on all aspects of commercial property transactions. Your responsibilities will encompass:

Granting and renewing commercial leases
Managing the purchase and sale of investment properties
Overseeing commercial and residential development projects, including those subject to occupational leases
Engaging in commercial landlord and tenant development work
Providing expert management services for commercial properties
Advising both landlords and tenants, with a focus on commercial lending mattersWe are seeking an individual with a comprehensive understanding of commercial property law, alongside strong technical and client management skills. The ideal candidate will be personable, empathetic, and confident in their abilities to effectively communicate and build relationships with clients.
