Description

An opportunity has become available with our client, a dealer group in Saudi Arabia, who are seeking a Master Technician to join their team. Our client prides itself on being a great place to work and offering ongoing training and development.

Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you will be involved in complex diagnostics and repairs, driving quality and first-time fix. Additionally, your focus will be on providing guidance and coaching to the other technicians in the workshop.

The Role

Effectively investigate and diagnose complex faults
Undertake complex repairs efficiently by using diagnostic equipment
Performing repair work to a high standard and to manufacturer requirements
The ability to coach and guide the technicians in the workshop to enhance the skill level and increase customer service is paramount
Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Master Technician from a premium brand, ideally Audi, BMW, Porsche or Mercedes Benz, with exceptional technical skills. If you have any EV qualifications, that would be an added advantage.
