Are you an experienced Primary School Teacher looking for a new position?

Have you got experience teaching in primary and are looking to join an 'OFSTED' rated outstanding school?

Destination Education are currently working with an excellent Primary School based in a lovely part of Ilford. This lovely school is seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join there dynamic team. The school are committed to providing a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. They prioritize fostering a love for learning and empowering our students to reach their full potential as they continue to grow.

Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in accordance with the curriculum, ensuring the academic progress of all students.
Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes positive behaviour and values diversity.
Assess student learning through various formative and summative assessments and provide timely feedback to students and parents/guardians.
Have confidence managing children's behaviour during the school day and supporting their learning and participation in class
Foster strong relationships with students, parents/guardians, and the wider school community through effective communication and involvement in school events and activities.
What YOU need:

Hold a QTS certificate (or the PGCE equivalent).
Experience teaching primary school students, preferably in Year 5.
Strong knowledge of the Year 5 curriculum.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for continuous learning.
Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners and create a supportive learning environment.
