Multi-Skilled Engineer - £49.5K - Boston Area

Shifts: 4 on 4 off rotating pattern

Key Responsibilities:

Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and address reactive maintenance issues efficiently.
Diagnose and repair both mechanical and electrical faults across production equipment.
Support site projects and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
Ensure compliance with all health & safety and quality standards.
Collaborate with the wider engineering team to minimise downtime and optimise performance.
