Are you an experienced and knowledgeable Financial Controller ready to take on a pivotal role, overseeing financial operations and shaping the future of a growing business? Can you offer strategic vision and expertise to drive growth and optimise business processes?

We are excited to be partnering with a thriving organisation to recruit a proactive Financial Controller to assist in overseeing the finance function and driving productivity within their Basildon site.

Responsibilities:
As a Financial Controller, you will…

* Supervise the administration of payroll and payment procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and legal requirements.

* Oversee the creation and maintenance of the statutory and management accounts in line with regulatory requirements and audit procedures.

* Generating and distributing reports promptly and efficiently.

Requirements:
As a Financial Controller, you will need…

* Extensive experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar role.

* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial reporting.

* Strong understanding of business operations and financial strategy, with demonstrable examples.

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment,
