Are you a passionate and driven Credit Control Manager looking to contribute to a well-established company based in Basildon? Do you have experience managing and collecting debt from key clients whilst managing a team?

We are working alongside a fast-growing, distinguished business to hire a proactive Credit Control Manager to lead a team of Credit Controllers and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Responsibilities:
As a Credit Control Manager, you will…

* Overseeing a team of Credit Controllers.

* Supervision of the collection of company debt.

* Addressing all new accounts and establishing suitable credit limits.

* Provide ongoing support and training for Credit Controllers.

Requirements:
As a Credit Control Manager, you will need…

* Previous exposure to working with a large team.

* Experience performing effectively under pressure, prioritising tasks and meeting strict deadlines.

* An understanding of accounts software packages such as Sage 50 and Sage 200.

* A proactive approach and a positive attitude.
