Store Manager | Full Time | 40 hours

Up to £34,000 + annual bonus

What You'll Do -

Operational Excellence: Oversee inventory management, stock audits & banking processes

Leadership: Inspire and lead a team of outdoor enthusiasts

Customer Satisfaction: Ensure every customer has an exceptional shopping experience

Sales Strategies: Implement and drive sales initiatives to achieve targets

What You'll Bring -

Experience: Proven track record in retail management from a outdoor/apparel/footwear background
