Role: Service Advisor

Location: Basildon (Main Dealer)

Salary: 26-32k Plus Bonus

Key Responsibilities

* Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing outstanding service in person, over the phone, and via email.

* Effectively manage the entire customer journey, from initial inquiry to service completion, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

* Use proactive sales techniques to maximise service profitability, including upselling additional services and products such as repairs and parts.

* Handle customer inquiries about parts, vehicle sales, and repairs, offering expert advice and solutions.

* Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including booking appointments, processing service orders, and updating customer records.

* Liaise between customers and the service team to ensure timely and efficient vehicle servicing and repairs.
