Job Title: Chartered/ Senior Building Surveyor
Location: Southwest London
Salary: £55,000 to £65,000 + Benefits
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role:
I am looking for a skilled and experienced Chartered /Senior Building Surveyor to join my client's London team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a varied portfolio of projects and professional services, ranging from building surveys and dilapidations to refurbishment and project management. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality advice and support to clients, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Undertake building surveys, condition surveys, and pre-acquisition surveys.
Manage and oversee refurbishment and renovation projects from inception to completion.
Provide professional services, including party wall matters, dilapidations, and contract administration.
Prepare specifications, schedules of work, and tender documentation.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
Conduct feasibility studies and advise clients on maintenance and repair strategies.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and building codes.About You:

MRICS qualified or working towards Chartered status.
Proven experience in both professional and project-based building surveying.
Strong communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.What's on offer?
