The Engineering Supervisor vacancy is working at a market leading FMCG Manufacturing firm. It is working with a market-leading manufacturing group at a world class facility. The ability to work within a skilled team of engineers permanentlyKey responsibilities of Engineering Supervisor

The leadership of Engineering teams, covering both automated and semi-automated parts of the plant
International Management Skills, The development and promotion of lean manufacturing techniques,
To identify opportunities to further automate manufacturing processes
To develop multi-functional / flexible manufacturing teams across operations
Implement and push Engineering KPIs across the siteExperience and Qualifications Required for Engineering Supervisor

Engineering qualified; City & Guilds, ONC, BTEC Level 3, NVQ Level 3, Apprenticeship or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance
Previous experience as an Engineering Team Leader, Maintenance Supervisor, Engineering Manager, Maintenance Manager, Engineering Planner Lead Engineer etc
Strong Health and Safety awareness
Previous experience of undertaking maintenance within a manufacturing environment
Previous experience of the development and application of PPM activitiesThis position would suit, Engineering Team Leader, Engineering Supervisor, Engineering Manager, Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Manager
