This is an exciting role for someone with strong office-based, customer focused skills and an attention to detail. Must be a self-starter and can hit the ground running.

You will be supporting the Business Development Director, and your working hours are Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 4.30pm (40hrs/wk).

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

* Managing administrative, operational, and strategic tasks.

* Ensure smooth workflows, strengthen client relationships, and drive business growth.

* Manage calendars, emails, travel, and reports.

* Liaise with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

* Track leads, update CRM, assist with proposals, and research markets.

* Monitor deadlines, organise events, and track progress.

* Prepare reports, analyse data, and align tasks with goals.

* Process budgets, expenses, and itineraries.

Specific skills and experience

* Excellent organisational skills from within an administration or EA role

* Strong verbal and written skills for professional interactions

* Reporting skills and proficiency in IT

* Proactive in addressing challenges and streamlining processes

* Ability to build Internal relationships at all levels of the organisation

* Excellent time management
