Lead Electronics Design Engineer - Drive Innovation in Eastbourne!

Mission: Lead a dynamic team to deliver cutting-edge electronics platforms for innovative products, shaping the future of technology.

Responsibilities as a Lead Electronics Engineer:

• Drive strategic vision, prioritizing research for team success.

• Innovate product designs, ensuring top-notch performance and efficiency.

• Provide technical leadership, solving problems and championing best practices.

• Collaborate with Product Management to explore new possibilities.

• Mixed Signal Design Experience (Digital/Analogue)

• Schematic Capture using OrCAD, Altium or similar tool (Advantageous)

• Previous experience in Micro-Controller/Microprocessor based products

• Previous Experience in Communication Protocols (CAN, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, Profibus etc)

Requirements as a Lead Electronics Engineer:

• Bachelor or Masters in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.

• Strong knowledge of electronics design, high-speed digital, and hardware interfaces.

• Experience in global engineering, regulated industries, and project management.

• Membership in relevant professional bodies (e.g., IET) is a plus.

• Experience with Instrumentation is a bonus Perks:
