Gap Personnel are proud to be working with a leading company in their field of written communications. Due to ongoing expansion, they are now looking to hire a Warehouse Stock Runner to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and reliable individual to play a key role in supporting warehouse operations.

Location: Wymondham, NR18
Salary: £28,750
Contract Type: Full time, Permament

Shift : Sunday to Thursday, 11:00PM - 07:00AM

Key Responsibilities:

Support a team of warehouse operatives to ensure smooth workflow
Assist with the picking, packing, and dispatching of orders accurately and efficiently
Ensure stock is correctly stored and organized, maintaining high standards of warehouse housekeeping
Conduct stock checks and inventory management, ensuring accurate records
Provide training and guidance to new staff members, fostering a positive team environment
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies
Troubleshoot and feedback any operational issues in a timely manner
Assist with the loading and unloading of goods, using appropriate equipment when necessary
Requirements:

Proven experience working in a warehouse, with some experience in a leadership or senior role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills
Physically capable of handling warehouse tasks, including lifting and moving goods
Ability to pass a background check (this is a requirement for the role)
