Job Responsibilities:
* Conduct interviews with potential candidates to assess suitability for current vacancies and client needs.
* Build a strong network and craft engaging messages to attract top talent, sparking meaningful conversations about our clients and opportunities.
* Strategically identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
* Advertise vacancies effectively to ensure maximum visibility and reach.
* Negotiate terms of business with clients, fostering mutually beneficial relationships.
* Meet with clients regularly, with opportunities to travel across the UK and Europe to strengthen partnerships.

The Package:
Competitive base salary: £25,000 – £30,000 (dependent on experience).
Uncapped commission structure – Earn £32-35K in your first year (If not more)
33 days annual leave + Birthday off
Pension contributions on both salary and commission.
