HLTA Position – Hillingdon

Location: Hillingdon
Pay Rate: £90 - £110 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)
Working Hours: 7:50 am - 3:45 pm

We are seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a dedicated team in Hillingdon. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working as an HLTA and be able to support students across various subjects and year groups.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the class teacher with lesson planning and delivery
Leading small group sessions and 1:1 support for students
Assisting with classroom management and creating a positive learning environment
Adapting learning materials to meet individual student needs
Covering classes in the teacher’s absence where needed
Requirements:

Previous experience working as a HLTA
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage and engage with students effectively
