Setsquare is actively hiring for a Dry Lining Quantity Surveyor for a full-time permanent role based in Waltham Abbey.

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (Dry lining)

Location: Waltham Abbey

Role type: Full-time Permanent

Start date : ASAP

Key Responsibilities

Manage costs and budgets for dry lining projects from inception to completion.
Prepare valuations, assess variations, and handle project invoicing.
Conduct site measurements, perform cost analysis, and maintain financial control.
Collaborate with project managers and site teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure project success.
