KiddyKare are looking for an Early Years Educator to join a fantastic little independent setting in North Finchley.
The nursery has a large garden area that includes a climbing apparatus, mud kitchen and a large sand pit. In addition to this they also have a sheltered baby garden.
Working 40 hours per week, 51 weeks of the year with a salary of up to £26,200.
The nursery is closed between Christmas and New Year.

Principal Duties:
• Awareness of physical, intellectual, social, emotional and cultural needs of the children
• Working knowledge and understanding of the Curriculum Guidance for the Early Years Curriculum
• Planning, preparing and organising purposeful and stimulating age appropriate activities
• Operating a Key Person system, liaising with parents, carers and senior staff regarding the development of the children within their care.
• Submitting observations and reports
• Provide a safe and secure homelike environment for the children within your care

Person Specification:

• Full and relevant Childcare qualification
• High level of competency in communication, literacy and writing skills.
• Knowledge of Safeguarding and EYFS.
• First aid, Basic food hygiene and safeguard training desirable.
• Previous experience working with early years
